2. ISCSLP 2008 Student Grant

The ISCSLP 2008 Microsoft Student Grant is sponsored by Microsoft Research Asia. The funds originate from the Microsoft Research Asia and the Organizing Committee of ISCSLP 2008 held in Kun Ming. The student grant aims to encourage and sponsor students from Mainland China and Hong Kong who work in the areas of spoken language processing to participate into the forthcoming ISCSLP 2008. Candidates must be pursuing a postgraduate degree at any of the universities in Mainland China or Hong Kong. A written application should be sent, with the recommendation of the student's thesis supervisor, to Prof. Jian Yang, Chairman of the ISCSLP 2008 Organizing Committee (ISCSLP2008@ustc.edu.cn).
